In
1981, Mr. Smith sold his fleet of vessels but kept abreast
of market and market trends while maintaining business relationships
throughout the world that he had fostered since 1955. He
established a filtration company (Filco International) which
he has sold and a pipe company (CS Pipe, Inc.) In 1992
Mr. Smith once again seized the opportunity to capture the
momentum of the industry by reentering the OSV market. As
the oil and gas industry forged ahead, Mr. Smith once again
position himself in the market.
Chester J. (Chuck) Smith II - Port
of Operations
Chuck, Port of Operations of C.S. Liftboats, Inc. has
an extensive amount of experience of over 30 years
in the marine industry. He has worked on these vessels overseas
and in the U.S. Waters. Chuck
has also overseen the construction and the maintaining
of these vessels.

Janice,
Office Manager of C.S. Liftboats, Inc., is extremely knowledgeable
in running the office and personnel for the company. She
brings to the company her experience of 29 years in the oil
